It’s easy to get started and there are plenty of places to recharge – hiking in Lofer during the summer is ideal for families, solo travellers and groups who want to get away from it all and get active.

TIP: Only 50m below our mountain lodge at Stegerkasa (near to the family express valley station, signpost ‘Restaurant Soderkasa) there is a milk vending machine in the summer supplying fresh alpine milk.
